After roughly 18 months, I was promoted to the General Sales Manager and then eventually the General Manager of Jay Hatfield Mobility covering all of our locations. In 2014 I became a Partner of Mobility until we sold out in March of 2022. I am now at Jay Hatfield Motorsports of Joplin as one of the general managers. “I was hired as a Tech for Jay Hatfield Mobility in October 2012 and was in that position for almost a year before I was promoted to Service Manager. I stayed in that role for about 3 years and then was given the opportunity to become the Rooftop Manager for Jay Hatfield Mobility in Columbus. I was leading both the sales and service teams for a couple years and then got another opportunity to stretch and got promoted to Fixed Operations Manager for all Jay Hatfield Mobility locations. When Jay Hatfield Mobility was sold in March 2022, Jay kept me on and moved me over to Chevrolet Buick Service where I am filling the shoes as the Service Manager.”
